Fill out the Custom Order Studio form with your colors, name, and any inspiration. Veronica reviews every request personally and replies within one to two business days. We will go back and forth until your tumbler is exactly right.
Premade tumblers ship within 5 to 7 business days. Custom tumblers run 10 to 14 business days from the time your design is approved. We will always keep you posted.
Hand wash only, please. No dishwasher and no microwave. Keeping your tumbler out of the dishwasher protects the glitter seal and keeps the sparkle bright for years.
Absolutely. Bridal parties, birthdays, teacher gifts, and team gifts are some of our favorite projects. Share your quantity and timeline in the Custom Order Studio and we will send a quote.
Yes, that is the fun part. Send your colors, vibe, and any inspiration photos. Veronica will pull it together and share a plan before pouring your tumbler.
Because every piece is handmade and often personalized, custom items are final sale. If anything arrives damaged, send a photo within 48 hours and we will make it right.
